Sending an enquiry doesn't create a client relationship. We only act for you once we've agreed in writing what we'll do and on what terms, usually in an engagement letter.

If we introduce you to a partner firm, that firm is independent of us. It will agree its own terms with you and is responsible for the work it does for you. We may receive a referral fee from the partner firm, and we'll tell you if we do.
