PRSB Accountancy Service Limited is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14719310). Our registered office is Craft Cottage, Smallridge, Axminster, EX13 7LY. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

When you send an enquiry, we collect:

• your name
• your email address
• your phone number, if you give it
• your town or postcode, if you give it
• the service you're interested in and who the enquiry is for
• anything you choose to tell us in your message

Please don't send bank details, your National Insurance number or copies of documents through the website form.

We use your information to:

• read and respond to your enquiry
• contact you using your preferred method
• decide whether we can help you ourselves or whether a partner firm is better placed to help
• introduce you to a partner firm, if you agree
• keep a record of our correspondence with you

We don't use your information for marketing and we don't sell it.

We use your information because you've asked us to respond to your enquiry and to take steps before potentially agreeing to work for you. Where we keep records of our correspondence, we do so because it's in our legitimate interests to run our business properly and deal with any questions or complaints later.

Some enquiries are better handled by specialist firms, for example on R&D tax relief, capital allowances, stamp duty or specialist medical tax.

If we think a partner firm can help you, we'll tell you who they are and why before we share anything. We'll only pass on your details with your agreement. Once we've introduced you, the partner firm will use your information under its own privacy policy.

We may receive a referral fee from a partner firm we introduce you to. We'll always tell you if we do.

We use a small number of trusted providers to run this website and handle enquiries:

• Vercel, which hosts this website
• Resend, which delivers enquiry emails to us and confirmation emails to you
• our email provider, where your enquiry is received and stored

Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on the safeguards UK data protection law requires, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they use. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you personally. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, so there's no cookie banner on this site.

If we don't go on to work together, we keep enquiry emails for up to 12 months and then delete them. If you become a client, we keep your information for as long as we need to under our professional and legal obligations, and we'll explain this in our engagement letter.

You have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
• ask us to correct it
• ask us to delete it
• ask us to restrict or stop using it
• object to how we use it

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please contact us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
